Once the service has been activated, created, or delivered, cancellation is not possible.

Nós te reembolsaremos, no prazo de quatorze dias, a contar do dia em que recebemos a mercadoria, e o pagamento será igual ao que fizeste com a ordem, e tu não cobras qualquer taxa.

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made to Lybu.in are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or activated.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment made by mistake.

Technical issues from our side that prevent service delivery.

Service not delivered within the promised time.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
