2. Services refer to digital products including Digital Business Profiles, WhatsApp Stores, and related services offered on the platform.

3. Orders mean a request by You to purchase Services from Us.

6. You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You may request cancellation only before the service is activated or delivered.

Once the service has been activated, created, or delivered, cancellation is not possible.

To request cancellation, you must contact us via email with your order details.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made to Lybu.in are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or activated.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment made by mistake.

Technical issues from our side that prevent service delivery.

Service not delivered within the promised time.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
